A Smart Platform for Finding Job Candidates
Skillset offers a smart platform for finding the most suitable candidates for the position by testing the ability to perform key tasks in the position – even before the interview.
Skillset’s technology is based on smart simulator tests and creates a new suitability index that puts an employer’s needs and an employee’s skills at the center. Skillset’s simulations simulate the main tasks required at work and allow the candidate to experience the role even before submitting their application. This is how an objective sorting process is obtained. Transparent and equitable – employers sort only the relevant employees and reduce the uncertainty for both parties.
The development of Skillset was born from the field work and research of the company’s founders, Mia Huber and Moore Panfil, who together managed the largest projects in Israel in the field of recruitment and placement for diverse populations.
Skillset participated in the 8200IMPCAT acceleration program and has so far received funding from Bank Hapoalim, the Israel Innovation Authority, and the international accelerator program TechStars TLV.
Skillset currently operates in the Israeli and American markets and provides high-quality candidates to employers in the fields of customer service, banking and insurance.

A simulation to examine suitability for the position of warehouse manager
During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was not possible to carry out face-to-face examinations to check suitability for warehouse management positions. Because of that, an interactive test for desktop and mobile was characterized and designed which included tasks to be performed according to the working environment of a warehouse. Upon completion of the test, the user received their suitability for warehouse management positions.
Total roles and jobs
After performing tests and inspections, users receive a list that includes a variety of positions suitable for them, including the degree of suitability for each position. The more they persist in the tests, the more suitable a picture will be obtained for them. If users have not passed a test for a certain category, they will not be shown a degree of suitability as well as relevant jobs.

The test was characterized and designed according to the skills required for the position of a sales agent. The left part of the screen is the task area, instructions and timing. The right, more significant part of the screen is a replica of a CRM system with which the subject is required to deal with and manipulate.
